- A crazy best friend. (That's right now pulling faces and speaking in a baby voice while trying to use publisher. Classy, Loz!)
- Food. Food makes everything better! I'm kidding of course but pizza or Ben and Jerry's can seriously help when you're feeling down! Mmmmm.... Cookie dough....
- Your favorite band. That's right blast some seriously awesome music and dance around. Or, if you're feeling too bad to dance, which gurl what happened?, just chill out and check instagram or twitter.
- YouTube. This could just be me, but a funny YouTube video can m,ake eveyrthing feel better! I recommend Zoella (Zoe Sugg) or Connor Franta!
- This one sounds ridiculous, but sitting outside in the garden is great. It makes you feel very relaxed.
- If you're at school, just forget where you are and concentrate fully on angrily saying (in your head) all the things wrong with people and the world. It helps, it helps me a lot. (Not that that's what I'm doing right now!)
I can honestly say that this blog is helping me and I can't wait to talk to you later on with another beauty post!
